TD305B (0Cr20Ni14Si4) New Type high Silicon Austenitic Heat Resistant Stainless Steel- SCALE STEEL.

​TD305B, developed and produced by TICO, is a new type of heat-resistant stainless steel. Its high-temperature mechanical properties are [SCALE STEEL]comparable to 310S and the cost is lower, so it can be used as a substitute material for 310S.

Alloy Principle
Traditional heat resistant stainless steel is mainly the use of stainless steel chromium, nickel and other elements in the reaction with oxygen at high temperature, generated spinel structure (FeCr2O4, NiCr2O4) and other protective [SCALE STEEL]oxide film, and achieve the purpose of high temperature oxidation resistance.The high temperature resistance of stainless steel can be improved by increasing the content of chromium and nickel.
TD305B is a type of section nickel steel, steel added with higher content of silicon, silicon can significantly improve the oxidation resistance of chromium steel, so although the content of nickel and chromium is lower, but still has the same as 310S and higher high temperature mechanical properties.

Applications
The high temperature mechanical properties of TD305B are similar to those of 310S, and the high temperature oxidation resistance is stronger.It can be widely used in blast furnace flue gas recovery or cooling equipment, hot blast stove flue gas recovery device for iron and steel industry;Thermal power boiler rear [SCALE STEEL]superheater, preheater;High temperature exhaust gas utilization device of combustion turbine;Chemical combustion furnace, incinerator gas preheater and other fields.

10CrMoAl is a kind of low alloy steel with seawater corrosion resistance, and the corrosion resistance of 10CrMoAl is about twice that [SCALE STEEL]of A3 steel.

Theory for Alloys
(1) Al in the material can react with O in the air to form Al2O3 protective film, which is anticorrosive and corrosion resistant.
②Cr and Mo ions in seawater can automatically supplement the gap formed by Cl- ions on steel pitting corrosion, forming a dense [SCALE STEEL]protective layer, preventing the pitting corrosion from developing to depth, so as to achieve the effect of corrosion resistance and prolong service life.

Applications
10CrMoAl steel has the characteristics of relatively simple production process, good comprehensive mechanical properties [SCALE STEEL]and welding properties, and corrosion resistance to sea water. Material Characteristics:
