0Cr16Ni6 is a precipitation-hardened stainless steel with controlled phase transition.The steel has austenite and martensite structure after solid solution treatment when cold to room temperature, and has good hot working property and cold deformation.[SCALE STEEL] It is transformed into martensite structure through cold treatment or cold deformation, and then gets high strength after aging treatment.

Heat treatment system (C1J15-1990)
① Solid solution treatment (1000±10℃×30min, < 30℃ water cooling);
② cryogenic treatment (-70~-80℃×2h);
③ Tempering (420±10℃×1h), air cooling.
The hardness after the whole [SCALE STEEL]heat treatment: room temperature HRC40~48.
The performance USES:
0Cr16Ni6 notch sensitivity is low, is not sensitive to hydrogen embrittlement, and has good stress corrosion resistance;It has stable oxidation resistance in the air medium below 420℃ and in the atmosphere of aviation fuel [SCALE STEEL]combustion products.It is mainly used to manufacture aircraft and engine stress components working below 450℃ and other important parts working in atmosphere, acetic acid and salt medium.
